KVS24 Terms and Conditions – Read Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the KVS24 website, registering an account or using any feature of the platform — including depositing funds, placing bets or playing games — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

These terms apply to all users of KVS24 regardless of how they access the platform, whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser or any other method. Using the platform on behalf of another person does not exempt you from these terms — you remain personally responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

KVS24 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Where changes are material, KVS24 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users, but it remains your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2. Eligibility

KVS24 is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any part of the platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. KVS24 may request proof of age at any time and will suspend or close any account found to belong to a person under 18.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of KVS24 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. KVS24 does not make representations about the legal status of online gaming in any specific location. You must not use the platform if doing so would be unlawful in your jurisdiction.

You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts from the same individual are not permitted and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses.

3. Your Account

When you register a KVS24 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. KVS24 will treat any activity conducted using your username and password as authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify KVS24 support immediately.

Your KVS24 account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, share or assign your account or any account balances to any other person. Allowing another person to use your account is a breach of these terms.

KVS24 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• The account holder has provided false or misleading information
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected on the account
• The account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions in any way
• Multiple accounts have been identified as belonging to the same individual
• The account has been inactive for an extended period as defined by KVS24 policy

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

KVS24 processes all transactions in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit or credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may change and is not guaranteed at all times.

Deposits are credited to your KVS24 account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method. Most JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits reflect within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawal requests are processed by KVS24 within the timeframes stated on the withdrawals page at the time of your request. KVS24 reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. You may be asked to provide documentation confirming your identity and the payment method used for your deposits.

KVS24 will only pay withdrawals to accounts or payment methods registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Any attempt to withdraw to a payment method not associated with your verified identity may result in account suspension and the refusal of the withdrawal.

KVS24 does not charge internal transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. KVS24 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment services.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the relevant section of the platform. These limits may be adjusted for individual accounts based on account standing or verification status.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

KVS24 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, VIP benefits and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be stated at the time the bonus is offered. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to any bonus-specific terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, eligible games and any maximum win limits will be clearly stated for each offer.

KVS24 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonus terms through coordinated betting, arbitrage, bonus abuse or any other method deemed exploitative by KVS24 may result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension and recovery of any resulting winnings.

Players may only claim each promotional offer once unless the promotion explicitly states it is repeatable. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts is a breach of these terms and will be treated as fraud.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The KVS24 sports betting section covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches — as well as football and esports markets. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.

KVS24 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on an event that was cancelled, postponed or abandoned without completion
• An obvious pricing error was made when the odds were published
• There is evidence that the outcome of the event had already been determined at the time of betting
• The bet was placed using a suspended or restricted account

In the event of a void, the original stake is returned to your account balance. Winnings associated with voided bets are not paid. For PSL and cricket match results, KVS24 uses official scorecards as the primary source. If an official result is later revised, KVS24 may, at its discretion, settle bets according to the revised outcome.

Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during a match at KVS24's discretion. Bets placed before a suspension are honoured at the odds confirmed at the time of placement. KVS24 is not liable for any technical issues that prevent a bet from being placed during live events.

7. Games and Slots

All slot games, fish games and other casino-style games available on KVS24 use Random Number Generators (RNGs) to determine outcomes. Game results are independent of previous results and are not influenced by your account standing, bet size history or any other external factor. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within the individual game information panels.

KVS24 is not responsible for any losses arising from technical faults during a game session. In the event of a disconnection or technical interruption mid-game, KVS24 will make reasonable efforts to complete the game round and credit any winnings to your account. Where this is not possible, the bet placed for that round will be returned to your balance.

You are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. Game rules are available within each game's interface. KVS24 accepts no responsibility for losses that result from a player misunderstanding how a particular game works.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on KVS24 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and legal action where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Using the platform to launder money or fund illegal activities
• Registering multiple accounts or using accounts registered in another person's name
• Providing false information during registration or during any verification process
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person

9. Privacy and Data

KVS24 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at kvs24.com/privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

KVS24 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data collected during your use of the platform is used to operate and improve the service, process transactions, verify your identity, detect and prevent fraud, and communicate with you about your account and promotions where you have opted in.

10. Responsible Gaming

If you continue to use the KVS24 platform after updated terms have been published, you are deemed to have accepted those updated terms. If you do not accept a change to the terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be paid out subject to standard withdrawal procedures and any applicable verification requirements.
